In this workshop, you will gain insights on how to translate the skills you’ve developed in academia to professional positions outside of this sphere. You will obtain practical tools to help you discover jobs that fit your interests in the vast world in the public and private spheres.

While many institutions of higher education offer career counseling, their staff may never have worked outside of academia, or be up to speed on the many diverse opportunities found in industry or other public sector agencies.

 

You will leave the workshop with a list of actions, customized for you, and a basic business or career plan that you can build on.
