About the Event

The training researchers undergo to become excellent scientists and scholars rarely includes training in leadership. Coaching can provide a process to gain the skills and confidence needed to work as an effective research leader, whether for a new researcher or an established investigator moving into larger collaborative challenges.   At this Brown Bag event, a panel of research development professionals will share ways in which they have used individual and group coaching with university researchers to facilitate learning and provide a way to build awareness that empowers choice and leads to change. Our panelists have coached early investigators, established investigators, and provided executive coaching. Learn more and ask your questions at this Brown Bag event.
