Refunds and Cancellations
ATG services are provided as contracted with each individual or institution. No physical objects will be shipped.
All sales are final, except for the following circumstances:
If you are unable to attend an individually scheduled event, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule. In the case of a group cohort, missing sessions cannot be rescheduled and partial refunds will not be issued.
If you choose to cancel a service, partial refunds can be given if we receive notification 30 days or more before scheduled service start, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations between 30 - 15 days of scheduled service start will be refunded at 50% of the individual fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations at or within 14 days, or for failure to attend live events.
In the event that ATG is unable to provide the contracted services due to issues related to ATG's operations and rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

ATG services do not require physical products to be shipped. All necessary materials will be provided electronically, via email or through your assigned ATG communication channels, including but not limited to this website.
