Client Management Specialist /
Sarah James, MA, brings nearly twenty years of research development experience in higher education to ATG.
In her previous position at Wayne State University, she was instrumental in building the research development program through the office of the vice president for research, including managing and delivering grant training along with other resources for faculty research development.
She has applied her grant knowledge, connections, communication and organization skills both in the academy and in the non-profit world.
In her academic and non-profit work she has obtained grants from federal sources and from local and national foundations. Ms. James has been serving as the co-chair for the Great Lakes region for the National Association for Research Development Professionals for the last two years.
She serves in a variety of roles for ATG and ATG is privileged to be able to draw on her years of experience to provide a motivating and engaging curriculum on planning and writing grant proposals in arts and humanities disciplines.
