FourSight®
FourSight® Adds a Unique Insight on Increasing Team Effectiveness and Solving Problems
The FourSight® Mindset Debrief workshop takes a deep dive into the way people solve problems together. The peaks and valleys of a FourSight® Thinking Profile reveal where teams naturally gain and lose energy when working together. The workshop provides proven tools and techniques for improving their performance in that specific area. They can literally “think better together.”
Teams can explore their team profile and learn to leverage their thinking preferences more effectively. Through a variety of activities, participants move past their innate thinking habits and learn tools and build skills that will help them move through the steps of problem solving—clarify, ideate, develop and implement—so that teams can collaborate effectively at each stage of the problem-solving process.
The FourSight® Mindset Debrief is equally effective for new or existing teams, and is useful for individuals seeking to improve their problem-solving skills.
