This program is not what I expected; it is so much better! The tools are incredibly valuable both in making an immediate impact in ongoing work and in planning more effectively for the future.

Jet LeBlanc is a brilliant coach. She is creative, insightful, and knowledgeable. For example, she did an “imagining journey” with me – having me talk with people who were in fact major influences in my life (she picked people, not ones I suggested). She balanced perceptive (on her part) exercises that helped me see and understand the problems and roadblocks I was facing, with listening carefully to my responses and then incorporating those into our next session. Working with Jet made a difference in my professional journey, and I know that I will go back to her if I am struggling again.
