Research Funding
We provide training for individuals and groups and direct support for high-value proposals. In-person or virtual seminars convey the fundamentals of proposal writing--concepts backed up with concrete tips and operational strategies for planning and longer-term sustainability. Individual and group support provides an intensive mentoring program resulting in a competitive proposal draft.

Leadership Development
Moving to the next level in a research career often requires skills not taught as part of research training. We use proven leadership development approaches modified for the academic research environment. 8-week Research Leadership Development courses, 4-month intensive leadership training in LEAD-in3, and individual leadership coaching provide multiple paths for meaningful professional development.

Team Science/Scholarship
Our consultants in Team Science, Appareciative Inquiry, and Agile Project Management can train and advise on all stages of a project and help you develop skills to manage your projects more effectively. Workshops and training are modular, and tailored to the needs of an individual, group, or cohort.
