Preferences can interfere with good problem solving. The Team Insights & Tools workshop teaches teams to anticipate their problem-solving tendencies and use tools to get better results.

Challenge Sprint

Time to put your new problem-solving insights into action
In the Challenge Sprint, teams get to apply clarifying, ideating, developing and implementing tools against a real challenge to experience what it is like to go from having a goal to having refined solutions ready to go!
In this workshop, you will use the FourSight Challenge Navigator (this is proprietary) which is a structured guide that will help your teams clarify, ideate, develop and implement better together.
Uses of this workshop
The challenge sprint is appropriate to use with groups and in-tact teams who are called upon to solve complex challenges that need new thinking. Types of goals used in Challenge Sprints:
The Challenge Sprint gives people an opportunity to put their new FourSight knowledge to work solving a real organizational challenge. They use the FourSight Challenge Navigator as their guide, as they sequentially clarify the problem, generate ideas, develop solutions and make plans to implement. They walk away with innovative, workable ideas and high-potential solutions along with an action plan for how to get them done.
