Introduction to Leadership

Retreat 1 in two sessions

Participants explore the meaning of leadership, the concept of leading a system, and the impact of self-awareness and self-management on the system they lead.
Intentional Leadership
Values and vision

Participants learn the roles of a leader in setting the vision and tone and understand the foundations from which they lead.

Participants deepen communications skills using exercises and scenarios based on real-life academy situations.
Participants learn methods for establishing agreements and norms, and the skills to encourage the team to work at their best toward shared goals.
