This highly interactive 3-day program provides everything you need so you can deliver high-impact programs that engage your participants in a hands-on learning journey. Perhaps even more importantly, you will gain the skills and experience to deliver in-sync with a co-facilitation partner.
Over the three days, together with your designated partner, you will experience how to:
Speak as one voice and stay on the same page together
Create the ideal conditions for learning
Guide participants through a learning process
Adapt and create learning from unexpected events that occur in your group
Work effectively with “difficult participants”
